Information in an enquiry
The contact and consultation forms ask for your name, business, email address, phone number, industry, requirement and problem description. You may also provide your existing system and a preferred consultation date and time. We use these details to understand and respond to your request.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, private customer records or other sensitive information through these forms.
When a request is sent
Online enquiries are only available when the enquiry service has been connected. If the form says enquiries are not open, your information is not delivered to the team. A success message is shown only after the receiving service acknowledges the request.
When enabled, the website forwards validated enquiry details to the company’s configured enquiry service. A preferred date and time does not itself create a calendar booking.
Security checks and website delivery
When online enquiries are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated spam. This security provider may process technical information such as browser and network details. Website hosting providers may also process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Access to a private preview may use the hosting provider’s sign-in and session mechanisms.
Linked products
PriyaDharshini and Setu open on their own websites. Their sign-in, product data and privacy practices are governed by the notices on those sites. This corporate website does not request access to your Google Drive or restaurant account.
Your questions
You can use the contact page to ask about an enquiry, request a correction or ask for its deletion when the enquiry service is available. The team will need enough information to identify the relevant request.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be updated when the enquiry service, contact details, hosting or data practices change. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
